Meet the Band
Sharon Garcia - Lead Vocals 
Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Sharon has “never met a microphone she didn’t like.” Her diverse musical background includes performing in theater productions, choirs, classical chamber groups, Latin and Mariachi music, and even commercial jingles, voiceovers and singing the national anthem at Spurs/Rampage/Silver Stars games.
Over the past 15 years, she has performed with several prominent bands in California, Michigan, and Texas, covering a wide range of musical styles from Salsa and Boleros to Pop and Lounge favorites to Alternative Rock and Folk Music. Her musical versatility has also taken her on tour and to award shows as a backup vocalist for Latin bands such as Adrian y Destino, Stefani, Jay Perez and others.
Sharon’s musical influences range from the Beatles, the Pretenders and the Sundays to Linda Ronstadt, Stevie Nicks and KD Lang, with a touch of Billie Holiday and the Smiths for good measure. Mark Anderson - Rhythm Guitar, Vocals In his free time, Mark is an avid guitar collector and enjoys riding motor cross, building hot rods/fast cars, and drag racing. An accomplished songwriter, Mark has recorded several of his originals – winning best lead guitar player on the online “Battle of the Bands” (Skinny Leg Productions). Mark currently plays a Yamaha Strat and an Epiphone Gibson Les Paul Custom through an Axel Tube Amp with a Boss ME-50. Richard Swanson - Bass Guitar, Vocals Mark Hopkins - Drummer
Dave Duggins - Lead Guitar 
Although originally from Tennesee, Dave has lived all over the world during the past 15 years, including stints in England, Italy and North Dakota. He plays both a Fender Stratocaster and a Fender Showmaster onstage. After beginning his musical career as a drummer, Dave later switched to guitar and began writing his own material. In his spare time, Dave is an accomplished short fiction writer -- having published 18 stories of the horror genre. His musical influences include early Kiss, The Who, Van Halen, and AC/DC.

Born and raised in the Youngstown, Ohio area, Mark began playing the guitar at the tender age of 9. He was the member of numerous bands in the mid-west playing everything from original heavy metal to country to blues/classic rock. After moving to the San Antonio area in 2004, Mark has continued his musical journey as a member of San Antonio’s Scarlet Angel and The Remedy, as well as Mirror Image out of Austin. Highlights of Mark’s career include opening for the Bellamy Brothers, Tanya Tucker, Doug Stone and the Godz.
Hailing from the dry cold winters of Minnesota, Richard Swanson has played many years on the various stages of the Twin Cities and prides himself on holding down the low-end with great reliability and panache. He currently calls Converse “home” and has been an area resident for more than 9 years. Since arriving in Texas, Rich has played country music with Texas Full House featuring Leslie Brooks, and more recently was a member of the Rockin’ Sounds of Hindsight.
Rich’s influences include Paul McCartney, Timothy B Schmitt, Sting, and bands such as the Doobie Brothers, Yes, Grand Funk and Kansas. Almost any band that has terrific harmonies and a good up tempo beat makes his list. His hobbies include motorcycle riding, flying R.C. airplanes, woodworking, classic muscle cars, and model building. Rich plays a 1996 Fender 5-string jazz bass through a Roland BN-120 Amp with chorus.

Mark Hopkins was born in Chicago, Illinois and is a second generation Irish/Greek American. He moved to Houston, Texas at the age of five and was raised there. Mark moved to San Antonio in 1980 and began playing with The Moronics, an oldies band, in the mid-eighties -- he played with them for 10 years. While with The Moronics, Mark's 15 minutes of fame came when they played the San Antonio River Parade three years in a row, playing in front of over 100,000 people. In the years to follow, Mark played with several other local cover bands including The Wellsouls and The Remedy, performing all around San Antonio and the surrounding areas.
As a young boy, Mark was influenced musically by The Beatles and to this day maintains that “they are the best and there will never be another.” When Mark was 12 he saw a snare drum in a Sears catalogue and his drumming career had begun. His main drumming influences were Gene Krupa and Buddy Rich. Mark currently makes his music on an Ayotte North American maple kit with Zildjian and Paiste cymbals.
